Liberty Property Trust cuts dividend by 15.8%

Liberty Property Trust (LPT) will lower its quarterly dividend to $0.40 per share.

Liberty Property Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Company's industrial properties consist of a range of warehouse, distribution, service, assembly, light manufacturing, and research and development facilities. Its office properties consist of metro-office buildings and multi-story and single-story office buildings located principally in suburban mixed-use developments or office parks.
