Agilent Technologies cuts dividend by 24%
The quarterly dividend is lowered from $0.132 to $0.10 per share after Agilent's Keysight Technologies (KEYS) spinoff.
Agilent Technologies has paid a dividend since 2011, when it started with an initial dividend of $0.10 per quarter.
The quarterly dividend was raised by 20% to $0.12 in 2013, followed by an additional dividend increase to $0.132 per share later that year.
Now the dividend is cut from $0.132 to $0.10 per share following this month's spinoff of Keysight. Agilent Technologies has an indicated dividend yield of 0.9% based on the new annual dividend of $0.40 and a stock price of $42.20.
